Refund Policy:

At AcarPlus, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom signs that meet their expectations.

However, we understand that sometimes things can go wrong, and customers may need to request a replacement or refund.

Our refund and replacement policy is designed to make this process as fair and straightforward as possible.

 

12-month Warranty: We offer a 12-month warranty on all our products.

If your sign has any defects or issues within the first 12 months of purchase, we will be happy to replace it free of charge.

Important: Please make sure to take a picture of the product box if you want to get a free replacement. 

This warranty does not cover any damages resulting from misuse or accidents.

Eligibility for Refund: Customers are eligible for a refund until our team has started the production process.

Once production has started, we cannot issue a full refund as the sign is already in the production process. But you might be eligible for a partial refund. Please contact us to learn more about it.

If you receive your product broken or damaged, please contact us immediately, and we will be happy to offer you a replacement sign.

Shipping Delays: Please note that shipping delays are not eligible for a refund. While we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time, there are occasionally factors outside of our control that can cause delays. We cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or due to unforeseen circumstances.
