Yes, our signs come with power adapter. They are not rechargeable.

The production of a custom sign will take about 10-12 business days to complete. After production, you can expect to receive the sign within 7-10 days via free shipping, which will be handled by one of the following carriers: DHL, FedEx, or UPS. So total turnaround time is approximately 3 weeks.

Installation is very easy! It will take approximately 3 minutes.

1-Choose the location and use a level to ensure it's straight.
2-Mark and drill four small pilot holes on the wall.
3-Screw in the four screws, leaving them slightly out.
4-Attach the hanging chain to the sign. Hang the sign on the screws. Always follow any specific instructions that come with your sign and hardware, and use caution when using power tools.

The signs are meant for indoor use only and are not waterproof if you want your sign to light up.
