1. What size should I pick?

2. What colour should I pick?

For colour options, there is 11 different options that you can choose from. To see our previous works, you can check our Instagram it will definitely help you to pick a colour for your neon light. 

Also, we have colour changing neon light option. You can control the brightness and colours on your phone! Personally, this is my favourite. You can pick any colours and it can stay as long as you want. 

With the 200+ visual effects it will light up your environment and change the ambiance in your room :)

3. Can I install my neon signs outside?

Yes, this is possible. By simply choosing Waterproof Technology option on our designing tool, you can install your neon sign outdoors.

4. Are your LED neon signs made of neon?

Our signs are made by LED neon strips on the acrylic board.

And package includes remote controller, hanging chain, screws fixation and AC/AD adapter.

5. Do neon signs get hot?

Good thing about LED neon signs is it doesn't get hot and it is completely safe to use.

6. Do neon signs make noise?

No they don't make any noise.

7. When will I receive my neon sign?

This question depends on where you live, however our approximate turnaround time is 4-5 weeks but we have faster shipping option on check out as well.

8. Do neon signs need to be plugged in?

Yes, they do. 

They are not battery operated.

They are handcrafted with LED strips.

This question is not easy to answer. It depends on the size and complexity of the design. You can customize it on our designing tool and see the prices or you can fill this form to get a free design and quote.

11. How can I hang my custom LED neon sign?

Your package includes hanging chain and screws fixation. You can easily hang it like hanging a picture on your wall. It will take maximum 3 minutes.

Also, if you don't want to drill your wall. There is sticky strips option, it makes the process extremely easy. Good thing about this strip is, it doesn't damage your wall.

12. How can I create my sign?

You can go on our designing tool. You can write your text, pick a colour and size and you will be able to see mock-up instantly with the price. 

You will be easily purchase your sign by the designing tool.
